Klarity may use and disclose PHI for treatment, payment, and healthcare operations without additional authorisation where permitted by HIPAA.

Certain other uses and disclosures may require your written authorisation. You may revoke an authorisation in writing at any time, except to the extent that Klarity has already acted in reliance upon it.

Klarity may also disclose PHI without your authorisation when permitted or required by law, including in certain circumstances involving public health, abuse reporting, legal proceedings, or other disclosures permitted under HIPAA.
